The Process

Enquiries and Bookings
Either call us or fill in our online contact form with your details, and weβll be in touch with date availabilities.
2.
Your Photo Session
Once your session is booked, youβll come in for a fun and laid back session. We have a gorgeous client wardrobe to choose from, with luxury outfits available for Mums sizes 6 – 24, and also for children 2 months – 7 year olds, and wraps, rompers, headbands, bonnets and cute teddies for the tiny newborns. Your shoot will last between 1.5 – 3 hours, depending on the package you opt for.
During the session, the safety of you and your baby is paramount to us and so is your peace of mind. We wonβt put your baby at risk to get a good shot, instead weβll edit together a digital composite if we need to reach a desired look that couldnβt be created safely.

Lunch & Browse
Once your shoot is over, youβll have a 35-minute catered lunch break to browse through the products we have available for you to choose for your professional printed images. From gorgeous leather-bound albums and quality framed wall art to canvas prints.
4.
The Reveal – Same Day Cinematic Viewing
Once your in studio shoot is over, and you’re enjoying your 35-minute catered lunch break we will be getting your images touched up to show you the exact same day, how incredibly exciting! Weβll then reveal your images to you on the big screen, ready for you to choose your favourites on the spot and place your order, this is the most wonderful part of the day, so prepare to get comfy and relax here a while.
Please note for *Beach shoots we will require a viewing appointment to be booked on a seperate day to your shoot due to our beach shoots being held at sunset, therefore we will be in contact a few days after to invite you to your ordering appointment after your session usually held within 2 weeks from your shoot.
5.
Place Your Order and Collect Your Images
After the reveal, youβll be able to place your order on the spot. We offer two forms of payment plans to make the process as seamless as possible for you. Your images will take up to 2 weeks from the date of your order to receive your edited digital images via an online gallery, products take roughly 5-8 weeks to arrive, wrapped & presented beautifully for collection. Once theyβre ready youβll be able to enjoy these keepsakes for many years to come.
Additional Information
At Precious Pearl Photography, we have two options for booking in way of a gift voucher for yourself or a loved one, the $100 basic voucher which works as a ‘print with purchase’ option, this covers our absolute basic necessities to make sure your session runs smoothly. Or an full experience for $395 which comes with two beautiful prints and the matching digital images. Anything you would like on top of this spend we will discuss upon viewing your images and we will work to accommodate your budget. In addition to this, we have to buy now, pay later plans available for you to consider.
We have partnered with Payright, an interest-free payment service. Payright means you can pay for your photography session over time, while taking your photos and products home right away, without having to wait.
We have also partnered with Ezypay. Ezypay is not a take-home, pay-later option, but it is a subscription-management service, designed to manage recurring automated direct debits to pay for services at an amount that works for the individual.Β
